  • Using Our Technology
  • You may use Ministry Dynamics (“MD”) technology (WiFi Presence/TapConnect/ReVital) only for its intended purpose.
  • Support & Updates
  • We’ll provide regular upgrades, fixes, and remote support. You’ll give us reasonable access time for maintenance.
  • Installation
  • You’ll provide any technical details and network access needed for setup.
  • Ownership & Rights
  • MD owns all technology, trademarks, and intellectual property. You’re licensed to use it but can’t copy, change, or reverse engineer it.
  • Confidentiality
  • Both sides agree to keep each other’s confidential information private, unless legally required to share.
  • Payments
  • All invoices are due within 30 days in U.S. dollars. Late payments may result in suspension of service.
  • Taxes
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
  • Warranties & Liability
  • Our services are provided “as is.” We don’t make guarantees about performance. Neither party is responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
  • Indemnity
  • You agree to protect MD from claims or damages caused by your misuse, breach of this agreement, or third-party content.
  • Term & Renewal
    WiFi Presence: one-year term, renews automatically each year unless canceled.
    TapConnect: monthly or annual subscription, renews automatically unless canceled.
    ReVital: monthly or annual subscription, renews automatically unless canceled.
  • Compliance with Laws
  • Both parties agree to follow all applicable laws.
  • Non-Solicitation
  • You agree not to recruit MD employees or develop competing products during the term.
  • Dispute Resolution
  • We’ll try to resolve disputes informally. If needed, arbitration will take place in California under California law.
  • Independent Relationship
  • We’re independent contractors, not partners, agents, or employees of each other.
  • Notices
  • Official notices must be in writing and sent by certified mail, courier, or email with confirmation.
  • Entire Agreement
  • This document is the full agreement and overrides all prior discussions. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • Severability
  • If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
    • Text Messaging (10DLC Compliance)
    1. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Ministry Dynamics (“MD”), including account updates and notifications related to TapConnect and other MD services.
    2. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and service activity.
    3. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
    4. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Text HELP for support or contact MinistryDynamics.Church@gmail.com.
    5. SMS delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    6. MD will not share or sell your mobile number or SMS-related data except to fulfill service requests or as required by law. All user data is handled securely according to our privacy practices.
